How to Change the Year on your Postage Meter:
Model 9230 / 9250 / 9260 / 9280 Series
Model 9248 / 9212 / 9500 / 9640 Series

The Year Date Wheel is located under the printhead cover. To set the year date, place a pointed instrument between the numerals on the Year Date Wheel and rotate the wheel towards you until the correct year appears.

CAUTION: Always run zero value test imprints after changing the year to verify that the setting is correct before starting to process the mail.
NOTE: There are 2 separate wheels for the year.

Year Change Assistance:
If you need assistance when changing the year wheel on your meter, give us a call for assistance. When calling, have the model number ready.

You may also have the option of bringing in the meter to have the year wheel changed at no charge.

If you require on-site assistance by a Service Representative to change the year wheel, please be advised that this type of service is outside the scope of the meter lease agreement and is, therefore, chargeable at our prevailing rate service charge.

LABELERS - Motors, Electronics
SCALES - Rate Paks, Rate Charts or Rate Changes.
COMPUTER BASED SYSTEMS-Software Changes or Updates, Upgrades.
